Chail Hill Station

Chail is a pleasant hill station situated in the midst of scented timberlands of chir pine and massive deodars. Based on three slopes – Rajgarh, Pandewa and Sadh Tiba, Chail spread over a range of more than 72 acres of land and offers glorious and all wide perspectives of the encompassing countryside and overlooks both, Kasauli and Shimla. Disregarding the valley of Sutlej, it offers wonderful atmosphere all round the year.

Chail Palace: The majestic residence of Maharaja of Chail is in the midst of excellent surroundings at a total zone of 75 acres of land built in 1891. The Palace is ornamented with rich furniture, enchanting cottages, delightful log hut, thick timberland, and tranquil strolls, a ‘lovers hill’, a plantation of its own, exquisite yards, badminton and garden tennis, billiards and even a kids’ park.

Kali ka Tibba: Kali ka Tibba is situated on the hill has the temple of Kali Devi devoted to goddess Kali. An old temple Kali ka Tibba draws in various vacationers and in addition local people. Flawless scene of the Shivalik Range and the Choor Chandni top are stunning from Kali ka Tibba. The spot is an absolute necessity visit during your stay at Chail.

Chail Cricket Ground: The most noteworthy stadium of Asia, Chail Cricket Ground attracts individuals from faraway places like America, New Zealand and other distant places and additionally local people as well. The ground is encompassed by tremendous trees of deodar and pine. In 1983, a cricket lover Bhupinder Singh, the Maharaja of Patiala made this ground by leveling the hilltop. Chail Sanctuary: Covered with a vast forest, Chail Sanctuary spread over an area of 110 sq. kms. The sanctuary is popular among nature sweethearts and wildlife photographers and you can recognize a wide assortment of greenery. Chail Wildlife Sanctuary is having the record of visiting large number of honeymooners and explore themselves to characteristic excellence.

Sadhupul: Sadhupul is a little town in (dhalta) Himachal Pradesh between Solan and Chail, situated at the site of a small bridge developed over the hill river “Ashwini”.

Some other Great tourist spots in Chail are: Maharaja’s Palace, Sidh Baba ka Mandir, Gurudwara Sahib, Vansh Playdium, punchmukhi hanuman mandir, Vansh Arena, Lovers Hill, Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Shiv Mandir, Ram Mandir etc.
