Mcleodganj, the home of fourteenth Dalai Lama is known as “Little Lhasa” or “Dhasa” depending on its substantial populace of Tibetans. Situated towards the west from Mcleodganj market, Dal Lake of Mcleodganj gets its name from Kashmir’s Dal Lake and thought to be a sacrosanct lake and has a Shiva Temple on its banks. Guests can appreciate boat riding at the lake.
Dharamkot: Dharamkot is a small hill spot situated on the peak of a hill above the Mcleodganj is an alluring spot that presents a wide perspective of the Kangra Valley and the Dhauladhar ranges. The spot offers a picturesque view of the surrounding areas with some cherished moments.
Triund: Triund is a well known excursion spot standing at an elevation of 2827 m above the sea level can be reach effortlessly with a 9 km trek from the centre point of the town. The stunning perspective of whole locale from here makes everyone spell-bound.
Tibet Museum: Tibet Museum, the first modern museum in Dharamshala is located inside the Tsuglagkhang Complex is worth a visit during your trip to Mcleodganj.
