Wilson Hill Station

Wilson Hills is located at an altitude of 2500 feet over the ocean level in the Valsad area in Gujarat state on the Sahyadri mountain range. The hill is encompassed by Pangarbari Wildlife Sanctuary and offers an uncommon enchanted fabulous perspective of the ocean from atop. The Hill town was named in the memory of Lord Wilson who was the Governor of Mumbai from 1923 to 1928.

Activities: Rock Climbing, Mountaineering and Wildlife Sighting.

Best Places to Visit:

Marble Chhatri: This is a standout amongst the most renowned attractions of Wilson Hills. It was named after the Lord Wilson, the British Governor. It is situated on the top of the hill and is likewise named in the memory of the King Vijaya Dev.

Lady Wilson Museum: A building with 20th century architecture, Lady Wilson Museum hosts paintings in the “pahari” style depicting various musical compositions known as ragas. There are sections on tribes, toys, anthropology, arts and music.

Ozone Valley: A paradise for nature and adventure lovers, Ozone Valley is a perfect destination and a popular getaway which offers panoramic view of entire valley. Those who need to relax & unwind in the lap of nature, Ozone Valley has a lot more to offer them.

Sunrise Point and Sunset Point: Set at a vantage point of hill, it gives a lovely perspective of the sun ascending in the morning and descending at evening to the viewers.

The Radhakrishna Temple: The building is more a colonial styled house with an inclining rooftop. The Temple is prevalent amongst the religious individuals as well as for vacationers. Besides, the Aarti played at evening is worth a watch.
