The importance of Standard Operating procedures, which obviously directs toward the management of Safety, Health and Environment, is of at least an equal importance as any other management issue. Safety, Health and Environment considerations must therefore be brought into every planning and decision making process on a day to day basis through our Standard Operating procedures. The Success of these Standard Operating procedures is dependent on the willingness and ability of everyone involved in the organization – from the CEO of the organization to a casual employee and contractors – to work together toward common goals.

The objectives of the manual are to produce a series of guideline procedures aimed at promoting best working practices and conditions thereby preventing or at least reducing the severity of work related accidents.
