About The Property
Ananda in Himalayas is basically a Destination Spa hotel. It was once the royal residence of erstwhile Maharaja of Tehri Garhwal. After a total redesign, the palace was changed into a spa. The name of the royal residence was Viceragal Palace before its transformation into a hotel. Later, it got the name of Ananda in Himalayas. The 76 rooms at Ananda overlooking the sacred River Ganges and the perplexing Himalayas intended to assimilate the positive vibes of the surroundings.
