Alasia is a famous heritage inn dating back to 1873. The inn was named after Pearl Alasia who was the insightful businessperson furthermore the close partner of Tidwell. Major Robert Hotz and Mrs. Mary Hotz dealt with the Hotel from 1960 to 1966, when, at last they sold it to what was then, Hotz Hotels Pvt. Ltd. (presently Hotz Industries Limited).
