About The Property
Taragarh Palace was built in 1951 by the Royal Family of Jammu & Kashmir as their summer resort. Formerly known as Al-hilal (land of the crescent moon), Taragarh Palace, was built in the early 1937 as a summer resort by Nawab of Bhawapur. The Taragarh Palace developed as a Heritage Hotel in 1971 houses 26 rooms and air-conditioned suites to choose from. Its location at one of India’s coveted hill stations makes the destination a must visit.
