The Elgin Silver Oaks was once belonged to the prestigious architect Frederick Desraj who constructed the old Teesta Bridge. Later in 1980’s, Fredrick Deshraj sold this hotel to Mr. Diamond Oberoi. Mr. Oberoi then renovate this hotel and added natural glory into it which attracts many travelers. It has 25 elegant rooms which provides the touch of bygone era along with modern luxuries.
