About The Property

WelcomHeritage Windamere is a colonial hotel built around 1800. It was initially established as a boarding house for single English and Scottish Tea Planters. Actually, there are so many hoses on the Observatory Hill which formerly were the British Raj Boarding Houses. The designing and apperance of all these houses are exactly the same as they were long time ago. It was then converted into a hotel just before the outbreak of the Second World War. The WelcomHeritage Windamere hotel boasts 37 rooms and split into two wings: The WelcomHeritage Windamere and Little WelcomHeritage Windamere. The Little Windamere wing appeals to people who need to remain in touch with modern life and need amenities as they experience their love of the past.
