Pleasant Weather and Optimal Leopard Spotting (October to March):

• Considered the peak tourist season.
• Enjoys comfortable temperatures ranging from 15°C to 30°C, perfect for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing.
• Leopards are more active during cooler weather, increasing your chances of spotting them.
• Expect larger crowds and potentially higher prices for hotels and transportation.

Shoulder Seasons (April & September):

• Fewer crowds compared to peak season.
• Temperatures can be slightly warmer in April (up to 35°C) and might see occasional rain showers in September.
• Leopard sightings might be slightly less frequent than peak season.
• Accommodation and travel deals might be more readily available.

Summer (May - June):

• Least ideal time to visit due to scorching temperatures often exceeding 40°C.
• Wildlife viewing becomes less productive as animals seek shelter from the heat.

Monsoon (July - August):

• Jawai receives moderate rainfall, which can add a touch of greenery to the landscape.

Festivals:

• Jawai doesn't have major festivals of its own. However, nearby destinations like Udaipur celebrate Mewar Festival in March/April, showcasing Rajasthan's rich culture through music, dance, and processions.

October to March offers the most comfortable weather and the best chance of spotting leopards. However, if you prefer fewer crowds and potentially lower prices, consider the shoulder seasons (April & September).
