Day 1: Arrival Ahmedabad
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel in Ahmedabad. In the afternoon you will visit the Gandhi ashram, the Akshardham temple, and Hathsingh Jain Temples.
Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Drive To Dasada
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Dasada. The road to Dasada is interesting as you pass cattle graveyards where white-rumped, Egyptian and griffon vultures could be seen and wetlands that are good for resident birds.
Later drive towards Little Rann of Kutch, a sanctuary for the Indian wild ass and other wild animals and a large variety of birds. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Explore Rann Of Kutch
After breakfast, take an excursion tour of Rann of Kutch. Later in the evening visit to Nawa Talao. Later drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Explore Dasada And Drive To Jamnagar
Early morning, you will be taken for the excursion of Dasada Village. Later drive back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jamnagar. On arrival, check-in hotel. In the evening you will be taken to visit Khijadiya Bird Sanctuary. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Explore Jamnagar
After breakfast, you will be taken for an excursion tour visiting coastal areas along the Gulf of Kutch. Later if time permits, take a walk around the Lakhota Lake. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Drive To Gondal En-Route Visit Porbandar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Gondal en-route visit Porbander. This coastal city is good for watching and photographing birds at close range. Later continue your drive to Gondal. On arrival, check-in hotel. Rest a while and then take an excursion tour visiting Gondal Lake which attracts a large number of cranes, white pelicans, ducks, and other birds. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: Drive To Gir
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Gir and take a mini-bus tour of the Interpretation Zone, an enclosed cross-section of Gir habitats. Dinner and overnight in a private orchard of Gir with a forest view.
Day 8: Explore Gir National Park
After breakfast, you will be taken for an excursion tour visiting Gir National Park, which is the last abode of the Asiatic lion and has a thriving population of the panther, Sambar, Chital, Nilgai, and wild boar. Gir is also one of the major habitats of Chousingha (the world’s only four-horned antelope) and Chinkara. Later in the evening drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9: Drive To Palitana
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Palitana. On arrival, check-in hotel. Rest awhile and then take a sightseeing tour visiting Bhavnagar for birding at Victoria Park, Gaurishankar Lake. Later drive back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10: Drive To Ahmedabad And Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Ahmedabad. On arrival, transfer to the airport to board a flight to Mumbai/Delhi.
