There are many beautiful places in Udaipur that you should not miss out on. The very first is the City Palace, which is the largest palace in Rajasthan. The Jagdish Temple in the middle of Udaipur was built by Maharana Jai Singh in 1651 AD. It is a splendid example of the Indo-Aryan architecture. The Saheliyon-ki-Bari is a garden that was made for the forty-eight women who had accompanied a princess of Udaipur. It is on the embankments of Fatah Sagar Lake.
