Jantar Mantar is a monument located in Jaipur and it was built by a Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II. It has the world’s largest stone sundial. Sundial is a device that is capable of telling time with the help of the position of the sun. It is an astronomical site. It was built in 1734. It can be understood that India was so capable in the field of science also in the 18th century itself. There are two Jantar Mantar in India. The Jantar Mantar in Jaipur is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The meaning of Jantar is instrument and mantra is calculation. The literal meaning of Jantar Mantar is calculating the instrument.

Krishna Janmabhoomi temple in Mathura

The Krishna Janmabhoomi temple in Mathura is a temple which is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Krishna. It has a group of Hindu temples. There are many temples and monuments in this complex. Ranganatha Ji Temple

This is the temple that is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It is made up of Dravidian style. The Dravidian style is highly distinct. It was built in the year 1851. There is a Majestic Gopuram which can be seen from far also. The architecture of the temple is highly admirable. The temple is considered very holy.
