Day 1: Arrival Bagdogra and Transfer to Darjeeling
Meeting and assistance upon arrival as our representatives welcome you and escort to your car and then drive to Darjeeling. On arrival check in the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure or you can opt. to visit local market. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Darjeeling
Early in the morning drive up to Tiger Hill (9000 ft) to see the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Everest and Kanchenjunga, visiting the Ghoom Monastery on return. Later visit the Himalayan mountaineering Institute and a local tea garden. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Darjeeling – Pelling
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Pelling via Naya Bazaar. On arrival, check in at Hotel. It offers good view of entire mountain ranges including the Koktang, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Kabru, Dom, Kanchenjunga, Pandim, Zopuno, Shimbho, Narsing, Siniyalchu and others. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Dinner and Overnight at Pelling.
Day 4: Pelling
Today we will be on full day Pelling local tour covering Pemayangtse Monastery, Khecheopalri Lake, Kanchenjunga Falls and Rimbi Falls, Dentham Valley, Tsangey Falls and Sinsore Bridge. Free evening at Pelling Overnight at Pelling.
Day 5: Pelling – Gangtok
After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Gangtok via Jorthang. On arrival, check-in at hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Tsongo Lake (Excursion)
Today we will head toward Tsongo Lake to enjoy snow at alpine lake and back to Hotel. Afternoon free. (Nathula Pass Optional trip) Overnight at Gangtok.
Day 7: Gangtok – Kalimpong
Spend half of your day in Gangtok visiting Government Institute of Cottage Industry, Orchid House, Sikkim Research Institute of Tibetology, Dodurl Chorten, Rumtek Monastery, Botanical Garden, and Santi View Point. After then check out from the hotel and drive to Kalimpong. Free evening. Overnight at Kalimpong.
Day 8: Kalimpong
Early morning, after breakfast you will be taken to visit Gompa Bhutanese Monastery. Further up and to the north is the Yellow Hat Tibetan Monastery at Tipai, and the Tharpa Choling (1837), housing a library of Tibetan manuscripts and Tankhas. Pedong Bhutanese Monastery was established in the same year and features a large number of old paintings. Nearby is the old Bhutanese Damsang Fort at Algar. At Durpin Dara, the highest point in the town with superb views over the plains and the Tista and Reang rivers, stands the Brang Monastery at Zang-dog Palri. Dinner and Overnight at hotel.
Day 9: Departure
After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Bagdogra. On arrival, board your respective flight/train to your destinations.
