What’s our Customer Says
-
We 3 girls were planning a Rajasthan trip for 10 days and wanted to have safe and professional transportation throughout the whole tour. While searching on Trip Advisor I came... read more across this company and wrote a long email with our itinerary and plans. The managing director of the company Mr. Anil SINHA was very responsive and replied in a very timely and professional way. While planning the trip we wrote a few emails and I can not explain enough about Mr. Anil's help and professionalism. I definitely recommend all travelers to not second guess and book their tours with the company! They are professional, helpful, and very reliable.
Our 10-day tour included the main cities of Rajasthan- which started from Jaipur, then Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Mount Abu, Udaipur, and back to Jaipur again. Mr, Anil provided us with the best driver Pradeep and a very convenient car. Pradeep was a very professional driver who took us to all the places, always cared for our safety, helped in finding the best shops, and restaurants, and also had nice talks about India and its culture. His English was good and that helped us a lot during the travel.
Mr. Anil was always keeping an eye on us and checking if we were enjoying the trip and helped in arranging the tour guides for some cities.
The provided guides were very professional and it was nice to explore the cities with them.
Once again I want to thank Mr. Anil and Pradeep for making our trip unforgettable!
31/03/2023Fantastic 2 week tour through Rajasthan with Four Wheel Drive India! - There are so many questions and uncertainties when booking a trip to the unknown that finding the right tour operator is the most important thing to do. I... read more know because I did just that! I can't say enough about the professionalism, care, understanding and enthusiasm for travel that I found with Four Wheel Drive India Pvt. Ltd.
In less that 24 hours from my first email inquiry, Mr. Anil Sinha, Managing Director of Four Wheel Drive India, sent a response suggesting a video call to talk about the type of trip my husband and I were interested in and discuss the many options available. Mr. Anil was very prompt and attentive to any questions I had and presented options to make our trip even more memorable.
When we arrived in India, Mr. Anil met us at the airport - even though our plane didn't arrive until 2:00 in the morning - to welcome us to India and to introduce us to our driver. He also gave us a personalized folder with all of our hotel vouchers, plane tickets, daily itinerary, a local mobile phone for contacting our driver, and the Four Wheel Drive India main office, and preloaded with emergency contact numbers.
During our trip, Mr. Anil sent several WhatsApp messages to me asking if we enjoyed the day and the sites. He kept a personal eye on our progress, making sure everything was well organized and smooth.
A personal thanks to you, Mr. Anil, for everything you did to make this a trip of a lifetime!
The second most important thing you can arrange on a journey like this is a private car and driver - not just any driver, but one who is personable, caring - and most of all - a very good driver! Mr. Anil teamed us up with his best driver ever - Devendra Thakur. Mr. Devendra has been a professional driver for twenty years. He is an excellent driver - and a lot of fun to be with, a very important quality during a two week driving tour! By the end of the trip, we felt like we'd met a friend for life.
Thank you Devendra for answering our questions , taking the time to help us understand more about Hindi culture, your willingness to stop, pull over, and let me take pictures - especially of the camel cart on the highway - and for making us feel secure and pampered every day!
