Tour Itinerary

Pichola Lake

The picturesque lake built by Maharana Udai Singh II after founded the city. Hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats and embankments, surround this lake.

City Palace

This is the largest place complex in Rajasthan. A majestic architectural marvel towering over the lake on a hill surrounded by crenelated walls, it is a conglomeration of courtyards, pavilions, erraces, balconies, corridors, and rooms. The main entrance is through the triple-arched gate, the ‘Tripolia’ with eight marble porticos.Later you will be taken for an excursion tour visiting Chittorgarh.

Chittorgarh Fort

The largest fort in India and the grandest in the state of Rajasthan. The fort, plainly known as Chittor, was the capital of Mewar. It was ruled initially by Guhilot and later by Sisodias, the Suryavanshi clans of Chattari Rajputs, from the 7th century, until it was finally abandoned in 1568 after the siege by Emperor Akbar in 1567. It sprawls majestically over a hill 180 m (590.6 ft) in height spread over an area of 280 ha (691.9 acres) above the plains of the valley drained by the Berach River. The fort precinct with an evocative history is studded with a series of historical palaces, gates, temples and two prominent commemoration towers. These monumental ruins have inspired the imagination of tourists and writers for centuries.

The fort represents the quintessence of tribute to the nationalism, courage, medieval chivalry and sacrifice exhibited by the Mewar rulers of Sisodia and their kinsmen and women and children, between the 7th century and 16th century. The rulers, their soldiers, the womenfolk of royalty and the commoners considered death as a better option than dishonor in the face of surrender to the foreign invading armies.ater return back to Udaipur.

Rajasthan Four Wheel Drive Journey of India

I just returned from the most incredible adventure of culture, humanity & safaris. Tanuj Choudhary prepared my travel itinerary and it was filled with diversity and flexibility. When the Canadian Embassy advised for me to return back to Canada as soon as possible due to the pandemic Coronavirus, Tanuj promptly assisted me with all the internal flight and hotel arrangements. My driver, Nand was extremely polite & assisted in whatever I needed. His professionalism & expert driving skills was outstanding.I highly recommend Rajasthan Four Wheel Drive for the individualized and safe travel. Thank you for being an instrumental part of my journey. I am humbled and blessed to experience life in India.

Great Service

I actually went to India in late 2018 and used the service from four wheel drive to visit several places in Rajasthan. My driver named Narwal gave my friend and me a very lovely service. The most impressive thing is that every restaurant he took us to, served the best food ever. I really enjoyed that trip and have been thinking of it lately. Anil also coordinated the service for us very well. I hope things will get better from the pandamic soon and hope to visit India again. I also hope that Anil and Narwal are doing well.
