It had been founded in 1613 by Ruler Madho Singh.  There are numerous stories associated with this place which say that the area got abandon when it received built, it is meant to be cursed with a magician. Local villagers there say that whenever a house is made there its roof structure collapses. People also say that no one returned who remained there after sunset. The Archaeological study of India has prohibited residing in the region post sunset.

2. Kuldhara - Jaisalmer, Rajasthan

Kuldhara can be an uninhabited village. Within the 17km western of Jaisalmer, a location with a forlorn look and brings sadness to the heart and soul. The federal government today keeps the ruins as a history site. Around 2 hundred years ago, a whole community vanished immediately. Nobody noticed them heading away, or determined where they proceeded to go. But as the 1500 villagers forgotten the city of Kuldhara, it's intended they left following a curse bringing loss of life to everyone who attempted to inhabit it.

3. Fatehpur Sikri - Uttar Pradesh.
